Hi, My 5 star rating is not for the watch's quality. It is for the value to price ratio. Is this a ex-display watch?

Hi, My 5 star rating is not for the watch’s quality. It is for the value to price ratio. Is this a ex-display watch? Maybe not, but if it is a refurbished watch, it is done quite good. Not perfect, because the AD here in the Netherlands had to open the watch and blow some dust particles from the dial, but then, in the end it is good deal. Delivery took long and tracking updates good be better but overal a happy experience.
