The Watch is great and now registered with the manufacturer. My serious concern is about the delivery service and lack of Customer Service support.

The Watch is great and now registered with the manufacturer. My serious concern is about the delivery service and lack of Customer Service support. From 6/12 to 29/12, I couldn’t get an update from Watchlyx as to where the Watch was in terms of delivery, ordered on the 28/11, this gave me grave concern as to who I had bought the Watch from.
